Any adjustments submitted for "Funded" amounts in the Onederful Finance Portal will likely not change the existing loan/line of credit terms.
This adjustment does not affect your down payment or monthly payments because:
The Loan Agreement Remains the Same: The terms of the loan are fixed once you take out the loan.
Balance Reduction Only: The adjustment reduces the balance owed but does not change the original loan terms.
No Refunds: Since you financed the amount, the lender will reduce the balance due, not issue a refund.
For example, if you have a $3000 financed balance and request a ($500) adjustment decrease, the balance due to the lender will simply be reduced to $2500.
