Requesting New Offers/Adjustments

Quick reference guide for requesting new offers prior to loan finalization and requesting adjustments post finalization.

Need to increase or decrease an offer that hasn't been funded? You can request new offers in the dashboard. If the patient has funded, you can request an adjustment!

Financing costs change! If a patient needs a new offer or an adjustment follow the steps below:

If the patient has not funded, follow these steps to get new offers:

  • Select “View Offers” to expand the offers that have been shown to the patient

Scroll down and click on “Request New Offers” and fill out the box that pops up

If the patient has funded, follow these steps adjust their active same-day-pay funded loan:

  • Click on the patient’s details page or navigate to the accounting page in the funded applications tab

  • Click on “Request Adjustment” and fill out the necessary information

  • We will submit the request to the lender and update you via the dashboard when completed

IMPORTANT NOTE: An adjustment to the patient's balance will not result in any refund to the patient. Additionally, it will not lower the patient’s monthly payment or down payment, it will simply reduce the balance that the patient owes to the lender.
